STEP 1: IF YOU HAVE NEVER USED THIS SERVICE BEFORE YOU MUST FIRST REGISTER
To access this service you will need to first register (give your consent to receive virtual care, and provide basic demographic information). That will be done by submitting your information here:
In response to the Province of British Columbia's state of emergency declared Wednesday, March 18th , 2020, we have temporarily set-up a virtual walk-in clinic. This allows patients who are not currently registered patients of our clinic to seek medical advice for a limited number of services. Some visits will still require a physical assessment by the doctor, and will not be suitable for a virtual visit.
Virtual care visits are covered by MSP (Medical Services Plan of BC) and will be no charge to the patient, as long as you have valid MSP coverage. Currently, patients without valid MSP coverage cannot be seen.
Please note that COVID-related doctors notes/medical certificates will not be provided as the Federal Government has waived the requirement for these notes in many cases. Please consult the Federal Government website for more information here.
