If you have a fever or a new cough, flu, or cold-like symptoms please do not walk-in to the clinic.
Instead book an online telephone or video appointment, or call us and we will book one for you.
If your symptoms are moderately severe or you have previous medical conditions, call 811 or please go directly to your closest Hospital ER.
We are very concerned for the health and safety of our staff and doctors - without them we will not be able to help anyone.
For more information please consult the BC Centre for Disease Control website here.
We ask for your patience and understanding as we are having a very high volume of calls and are also working to change our office routines to keep patients and staff safe.
As of March 15, BC is now focussing testing on HealthCare workers, long term care residents and hospitalized patients. Individuals returning from trips outside Canada are being asked to self-isolate for 14 days—with the exception of healthcare workers who are being asked to self-monitor their symptoms and return to work so that we can care for our patients. The BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment Tool can be found here.
Your Doctor or their Medical Office Assistant may contact you to switch your appointment to a telephone call or video call. This is a way for us to see you without having you come into the office. Doctors in our clinic can call your phone, or use a Virtual Medicine solution called Doxy.me for a video call. It is secure and meets BC’s privacy legislation.

You will have heard the directive from our Provincial Health Officer, Dr Bonnie Henry, to self-isolate and practice social distancing.
The time to act is now. Our province is in a state of emergency. What we do today will impact the health of British Columbians in the weeks to come.
Stay home unless absolutely necessary. No dinner parties. No shopping. Outdoor activities only if you are able to keep a safe distance. Instead, have coffee with a friend online.
Keep six feet or two metres away from everyone at all times. That’s about the width of a car or two length of two arms stretched out. Call your loved ones and tell them to do the same.
Remind young people in your life that they can get sick from this virus. More importantly, they can be carriers and cause a lot of harm to parents, grandparents, and other loved ones.
We can do this, but we can’t wait one more hour or one more day. Let’s save lives, together.
