We are pleased to share that we have been selected by @Infoway's Centre for Clinical Innovation in Digital Health (CIDH) as a recipient of the 2025 Connected Care Innovation Grant! Our winning project, Prevention and Screening AI System for Primary Care Teams, is focused on automating preventive care screening by integrating directly with OSCAR EMR to analyze patient charts and generate clear, actionable recommendations for overdue screenings.
